We built Moody Teas — a small-batch loose-leaf tea brand — from the ground up in Chicago. Farmers markets, pop-ups, an online store, a production kitchen, the works. We learned what it actually takes to build an online presence that converts, not just one that looks nice.
After founders kept asking how we did it, we launched Prickly Pear Consulting to help other small businesses do the same — with the personal attention a big agency will never give you, and none of the corporate fluff.
