NextScopeAgreement Overview: By agreeing to this Website Development Agreement, you (“Client”) are hiring John Nelson (“Developer”) to design, develop, and deliver a website for you based on the following terms: 1. Project Scope: Developer will create a website with the agreed-upon features and design elements. 2. Timeline: The website will be completed and launched within four (4) weeks from the effective date, provided all necessary content and feedback are provided on time. 3. Client Responsibilities: Client will provide all required content (text, images, etc.) within the first week and respond to feedback requests promptly. 4. Revisions and Feedback: Developer will present design mockups and prototypes for Client approval. Client agrees to review and provide feedback within three (3) business days. 5. Ownership: Once full payment is received, the website and all its components will belong to the Client. 6. Delays: If unforeseen events occur that delay the project, Developer will communicate the issue and a revised timeline will be agreed upon. 7. Termination: Either party can terminate this agreement if the other party fails to meet the terms. Payment for completed work up to the termination date is required. 8. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, in the USA, and any disputes will be resolved in Chicago, Illinois.
